This was our 2nd stay on the island and our first stay in the Kapaa area. We paid more to stay here than we usually plan on but the views and the ocean breeze make the cost 100% worth it. The location is also great, walkable to restaurants and the path along the beach goes for miles. We spent every morning drinking coffee and enjoying the sunrise on the lanai. As someone from Texas who is very sensitive to humidity and spends 75% of the year in extreme air conditioning, the humidity can get a little more intense than I’m accustomed to. However, the ocean breeze really does make it more tolerable than I thought it would be. I was a little worried about it but I was totally comfortable most of the time. When needed, the window units really do cool whatever room you’re using nicely. The master bed was very comfy and the place was nicely cleaned. You can tell by the personal touches that the owners truly love this place and we did too! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this place! Perfect location to all things - driving to N & S Shore, airport, or just walking around town. The complex is kept very nice, quiet and peaceful. We used the putting greens and the hot tub. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and had plenty of seating for eating & lounging. The views are Amazing from the balcony off the living room and the picture window in the master bedroom. We appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella to use. Many other beaches close by or use the beach right out front of the condo. Having two full bathrooms was great for our family of 6. The A/C units really helped out after a hot beach day. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Located walking distance from the pier and Alan shepherd park. Best decorated and furnished AirBnB I have ever stayed in. Each bed had a bit of a different firmness which is nice for those who are picky. Very clean and cozy place.

Ein tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute ausreichende Ausstattung der Küche. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Gasgrill und viele Strandutensilien sowie zwei Fahrräder. Alles in allem ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Strand nicht weit und vorallem ruhige Lage. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

The hosts were VERY responsive, the home was exactly as described and the location was perfect. We never went to the beach but it is only a block away, great walking around the home, close to many different things to do, restaurants, shopping etc. we would definitely come back and stay here again!

Everything was fabulous. The beach is very close - just a few minute walk. Walking distance to several great restaurants. The bikes were a hit! Cocoa Beach has nice bike lanes making riding a lot of fun. The entire beach house - inside and out has a great vibe. Very comfortable!

What a fantastic home! We were on a four generation trip and the set up was perfect for us; super comfortable beds, a pack and play/high chair for the toddler was appreciated, nice big table for us to eat and play games, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, clean updated bathrooms and the living space had very comfortable seating! We also spent quite a bit of time in the backyard relaxing and swinging in the hammock, the toddler even napped in it 😍.
Location! So close to the beach, pier, groceries and restaurants!
I highly recommend this home! The host was helpful and responsive and if we ever go back to Cocoa, we’ll stay here!!
