We use cigarette smoke detectors. - The occupancy limit is 8 total. There is no flexibility on this as it is city law. - The property has active video monitoring on the outside perimeters of the property. - Excessive sand found in the house (floors, furniture, bathtub) will cause the loss of your damage deposit. - Guests must pay for mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks for 30+ day bookings - After you book this property you will also need to digitally sign our short-term vacation rental contract as required by city law (Don't worry it's easy)..
